Bad attitude when talking to customers

She calls me everytime in the muddle of the month and everytime when she calls, I tell her that I am only paying my debits on the last day of every month and that I am not paying by hand. She will then tell me that I think I am special and immediately drops the phone in my ears, I regret the day I bought a room divider at MODIMOLLE ellerines, I am a good payer and I am proud of it, Pls do something wit this lady before u lose more customers, Regards, George nkiti Lebudi
