False advertising

Good day

I made a purchase of a food processor-Philips brand that was advertised for the following-blender and processor for R350.00 . Upon making the purchase on the 21/11/2013 and I did not receive the blender and I was informed that head office will contact me in arranging for the delivery of the blender. I have contacted the clicks contact centre on the 05/12/2013 and spoke to Ilhaam and received no feedback. She informed me that I will receive feedback within 48hours which did not occur. I did a second followup on the 20/12/2013 and spoke to yet another person by the name of Simone who also made promises that I will receive feedback. I am utterly disgusted with the service and false advertising that clicks utilised in making the sale of the philips food processor.
