Rude - wheel not repaired!

I had a tyre repaired on Tuesday which my son fitted today, but as it was a bit pap, he told me to have it inflated, which I duly did.
I returned home and about ten minutes later went outside to use the car, and lo and behold the wheel was flat as a pancake.
This happened to me 15.8.2013. Magda previously told me to call her if I encountered problems in the future.
So, taking her at her word, I called her at 18h40 19.12.2013 and I encountered a sarcastic, unhelpful, rude and unco-operative woman who was unconcerned at my plight. At 18h56 I received an sms from her stating that she had guests for dinner, and apologising for being so unhelpful and requesting information that I had tried to volunteer during the call. Obviously a big twinge of conscience, in my opinion!
I rudely replied that I had found her to be rude and that I would be contacting her head office to appraise the of her lack of interpersonal skills and that I would be lodging a complaint on helloPeter.com - this incensed her and she responded that she would NOT assist, and would leave it up to her Head Office.
I find her attitude UNACCEPTABLE AND PATHETIC!
