Incredible Connection on their Laptop price

I saw a good promotion on Incredible connection website where the Samsung ATIV Book 5 Notebook was going for R1399.99. Its original price as advertised on site was R12 999.99. I selected to buy 10 units then went to check out but I was surprised to see that the Total was not calculated correctly. Fortunately I checked, otherwise I could have paid more than what I expected. I then call the branch (Canal Walk). The receptionist transferred me to the relevant department where I spoke to a gentle man who told me that it was their mistake. As far as I know, a customer is given the product at the price that is on the shelf. I am reporting this to Hello Peter in order to get some clarity on this. I fortunately took a screen shoot of my checkout page and saved it for future reference.
