Paying for nothing

I went to Q-Photo Kolonnade simply to get documents scanned and sent to my e-mail address. The lady gave me a report that it has gone through, but after 2 days I have still not received a mail. I phoned them to inform them and they promised to resolve the problem. I also e-mailed them from the address it needed to be sent to, together with an alternative e-mail address. It is now day 4 with absolutely no response. I know it is a simple R10 job, but it is sad that one can not even expect a small simple thing like this to be dealt with correctly. Highly disappointed.
