No One bothers to answer the PHONE!!

So i ordered a smart device from FNB, on receiving my SMS from Digital Planet, I contacted their call center only to sit and wait 20 min for no one to answer the phone, To make matters worse, I Phoned their Corporate division where a guy by the name of Gabriel assisted me. I told him I need my device before the 20th of Dec as I'm leaving for holiday. He said its no problem and they can deliver the device to my holiday home. I then went ahead and gave him my holiday home address and told him to ONLY deliver the device there from 20 Dec on wards. He then confirmed that its no issue and has made a note of that. Yesterday 18 DEC I get a call from my Mom in Uhmlanga. True as bob they delivered it to the right address at the wrong time. I did try to phone them 10 times earlier that day to confirm where they are delivering the device to, but no one bothers to pick up the phone. In all honesty I have to say, You guys Plainly!!! I finally got a hold of the manager and she told me she will reroute the device back to my parents. I have had no word after that and no one is picking up AGAIN -_- FNB IF YOU READ THIS, CONTRACT ANOTHER COURIER COMPANY BEFORE YOU START LOSING CLIENTS!
