I'll sue them

Matters have actually become worst now they are sending me messages threatning to blacklist me if I don't pay for an account that I paid for.
I'm not an illeterate person they can not be sending me messages threatning me when I have a Bank Statement proving that I paid with my card they even sent a lady by the name of Sunesha who called me and was very rude to me.
This is deformation of character according to the South African law I'm really tired of them now If I don't get a apositive response in 5 days I'm going to call the department of consumer protection as per my lawyers advise.
I'm tired of their nonsense.
And because of the emotional damages I've suffered and that I have been listed as a slow payer even though I paid them they have to compensate me I don't know how but they must make a way.
I'm tired of cooperating with them now and their lack to be professional and hire competent personnel.

If there's anyone who is being treated the same way as me by any retail store contact me so we can teach them a lesson not to abuse consumers who are loyal and good to them because without us they are nothing so they need to respect us individually and as consumers at large.0835916219
