A breath of fresh air in a sea of poor service

I recently started using a Polar watch, and love cycling, but I didn't have a GPS to track my route with, without using my phone's built in GPS. After searching prices, and getting a great shock, the average price of a Polar GPS is a R1300 .
Mr Price had one on special for R799, but only had stock at their branch in Century City, a place I avoid as much as possible.
Shaneeck at Paarl Mall's branch went the extra mile by requesting from his managers to transport the GPS from Century City to Paarl Branch, and not via the courier service they use which I would have waited into the new year for the stock to arrive.
So, to Shaneeck, and the Managers from both branches, you have given me a breath of fresh air in a sea of poor service from multiple different retailers I've recently been seeing all across South Africa.
I beg of you to please keep this excellent service to all your customers going strong!
