On 30/11/2013 I bought my husband a gps at an Edcon Store & I asked the cashier I want to pay my account as well. When I received my slip, I asked where is my account pmt slip and he said its now being done all on one slip. We were already running late I didn't think anything of it & left. The cashier was extremely friendly & we complimented him on his great service.

12/12/2013 I received a non payment sms & I logged on online & saw the problem. Payment was allocated on the gps & not my account. I emailed the accounts department twice & phoned them numerously. The collections department phoned me on 13/12/2013 & I told them what happened & his manager would have called me back. Nothing to date. When you call the call centre they tell you to go to that store. I live in Barberton. I do not have the funds to travel to Nelspruit because of their mistake. 15/12/2013 I did go to Nelspruit & they were closed. Yet again yesterday with no avail they do not want to assist me. I received an email saying I have to go in. I called CNA Ilanga Mall & Vusi the Manager was pleasant & said he will sort it out. I keep on getting calls. Now I will be listed as a payer cause of some else.
