Its been an amazing journey to do business with you till i recieved the worse reception from Lee Ann.you can look at my history with your store. This time, i had a notebook that i exchanged in terms of a loan. My due date was the 10/12/2013.As usual if am not working in office i always call and advise as to when am i going to pay the interest if am not going to pick up the good. I spoke to the lady, Stacy and advised that i was going to comeon the 12/12/2013 just once i arrive in office. I always know that theres a 3 days grace period and the buyers also advised.infact, after the arrogancy that i received from Lee Ann i went to enquire from other Cash Crusaders. I went to fetch the laptop on the 12/12/2013 after work as per agreement.she toldmeits sold.the attitude she gaveme made me realise that imust speak out incase there are other clients that recieve that kind of a service. According to her theres no grace period, which was new tome.and i requested my pouch, i also couldnt receive meaning the laptop was sold with the pouch.iamnot happy with thiswhole thing.
