I handed in both my my Fossil and Gucci watches on the 8th of November at the Cajees branch in Clearwater.
on both the bookings i requested that they phone me first to advise the price (Quote first) before going ahead with the repairs.
They phoned me about a month after to advise that the Gucci will cost R 400.00 and i gave the go ahead.
about a day later i received an sms for my Fossil watch advising that the watch is ready for collection.
I never received a call to advise the price.
when i went to pick up my watch they said it was R 695.00. I was completely shocked to the price and furious that they didnt even bother to call to quote first as was the instructions on my " repair order" sheet.
When i asked if they could tell me what was wrong with the watch, they couldnt tell me. I then asked for a Job card and they couldnt give me one either. So i paid for something that i had no clue what was wrong with.
I had no choice but to pay because what else am i going to do?
This is ridiculous service and they had a bad attitude as well. I regret handing in my Gucci watch as well as i am sure that there will be a problem with it as well.
I will NEVER again use Cajees.
