Very unfriendly!!

I went to Fochini Heidelberg on Saturday 2013/12/14, (I am an account holder) to buy a gift the store was not very busy but there was no assistant available, I went and ask some people if they work here at last I got some one at the till. When I asked her if she could help me she just said she will get the key. The way she spoke to me the way she looked at me as if "I don't want to work" she spoke to another person also working in the shop, they were talking but as if there was no customer. Finally I got to the till to pay, she did't inform me that my purchase will be two transactions (jewellery and pyjamas) I didn't say a word, I was just surprised why is it two transactions?? A very similar incident happened about three months ago, and this was the last time I will ever go to this store again!!!
