I am not pleased with the service I got. I was there in Saturday afternoon and I took 2 pairs of shoes worth R279 and went to the till to lay-bye them. Asked Lerato if I can lay-bye, she just scanned the shoes and gave me an attitude then demanded for R100. I asked her if she didn't need a 10% for that... she just told me that she WANTS 20% because some customer don't take out their lay-bye and the store end up having a loss... she then added with her attitude that she knows me and I always cancel my lay-bye. I was shocked and she just went on & on. Till I told her I had financial problems & had to cancel that lay-bye. I only cancelled once and I think its my right to cancel if I can't afford.
If she had a problem with assisting me she should have said so and its not my problem what other customers do or whether you running a loss or what.
I was so upset that one customer followed me to Ackermans and told me to report such service because I am a customer and I should be treated fairly irrespective of what happened in the past.
I am a friendly person but I don't like being attacked as if I am those shoes.
I KNOW MY RIGHTS AS A CUSTOMER and I REFUSE to be treated like this...
