I took out an MTN contract with the HI Store in Canal Walk Century City on the 10 November 2013.
The phone did not last a month before it started giving issues, lines across the screen and switching off on it's own. I went to the store where the consulltant stated she has to book the phone in... KEEPING IN MIND MY PHONE WAS ONE MONTH AND 19 DAYS OLD!! Very frustrated i came in and another consultant booked the phone-OR SO THEY SAY! no feedback was given no call backs, I HAD TO DO ALL THE CALLING!!! On the 3 December I called again to get some feedback about the phone as usual they said they will check and phone me back the Friday- NO CALL When I called back the following Tuesday the advisor stated " didn't you get my voicemail? " WELL CLEARLY NOT CAUSE THERE WAS NO MISSED CALL NOTIFICATION (KEEP IN MIND THIS IS ANOTHER NUMBER THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO CALL ON CLEARLY BECAUSE MY OTHER PHONE WAS SENT FOR REPAIRS). The Friday 13th December 2013 the manager Wesley calls me saying my phone is back and fixed- apparently i dropped the phone!! 1REALLY??? NO CHARGE THOUGH WHEN FETCHING THE PHONE IT SEEMED FINE- THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE ME WITH THE REPORT-NOTHING FIXED STILL DAMAGED! NOTHING FIXED!!
