SHOCKING DISS REGARD TO THERE CUSTOMERS

I ordered a few things from Homechoice in the month of Sept and Oct. I am a person that will use a company over and over providing i get the best service from them & that is what i have been doing up to now with them BUT i don't know if i will be in the future or even recommend them to others after there bad service now. One of the products were not working and i returned the item immediately to them. I ph them about a month later and they confirmed they received it and that they will be returning it after fixing it. I reminded them of there policy and that i want a new one as i returned it immediately after receiving it. They said they sorry and that i am right they will be sending it the same day. Well its a month later & still nothing & it still reflecting on my account. They send me an book with there specials every month with coupons to get discounts up to R270.00 if collect all well i have done that & i send it in over 2 month ago the acknowledge they have it in there warehouse after i sen it the second time but still it has not been allocated to my account. It does not help ph them because they don't want to listen to there customer they put the ph down on you
