Eauty lasts a week

I bought a dress online a week ago only to have the zip broken when I wanted to wear it last night. I know Mr Price is for the masses but this does not mean I don't expect to wear the item at least once. Now the problem is that because this is an online purchase I'm not sure if the product is available in my size online as there is nothing in stores. I'm going to return the dress but I would like it replaced. Please MRP advise - the dress code is 011140212873007. I anxiously await your response.
