Advertisement: Furniture for R4999.00 later R5999

Hi

My sister saw an advert for kitchen unit of 5 piece for R4999.00

she was very happy and went straight to Botlokwa Elerines to laybuy...

She was told that it was six months to pay...

in December 2012 when she went back to settle the amount, she was told that it is R5999.00... she should add R1000.00

Tebogo, sales lady didnt explain to my sister that the price would go up and when it does, she would be affected...

The manager says he trains his staff but i doubt because it is a common practise that sales reps do not fully explain terms and conditions to customers when they purchase furnitures, they put customers at higher risks so they (Sales reps) can get a commision on their expense... everytime my sister calls sales Rep, she tells her that she has funeral, she has blah blah blah...

it is not so fair to take your customers for a ride, we wont be doing business again with Elerines...
