Promise not kept/passing the buck

Vodacom sent me a package which you received on or before 4/3 and you have apparently attempted to expedite the delivery 4 times. Once a day since then even though the delivery instruction on the invoices says after 3:30. Today they tried during the morning. (Obviously need new driver as this one cannot read.) Shaun informed me that he was a new driver/not the regular one and between him and Karen they promised to have the parcel delivered. We came to a compromise of 4:00pm this afternoon. I had to leave work early to receive this package. Karen phoned me after 5pm to inform me that the driver was running late. NO DELIVERY.

I eventually spoke to Morne on 2 occasions after 6:30 and he had the parcel with him at the depot. Morne took lots of flak from me and he kept his cool and tried to expedite the delivery but to no avail. A delivery appointment for 8:30am 8/3. Seeing is believing.

RAM obviously thinks more of sponsoring the Proteas T20 team and the Glam RAM Slam inter provincial T20 tournament than looking after the man in the street.
