I had an issue with the tickets I had purchased from Computicket, I needed to get them exchanged/refunded.

The Manager of the new store in Green Valley, near Greenstone has no clue how to deal with problems! She needs training in a store BEFORE trying to 'run' one. My issue was pretty simple, if she had the correct numbers to call... then when I went to another Computicket, it was now too late to refund me as the concert was starting in 2 or so hours... so due to her incompetence, I don't get refunded and lost money! I was there for a good 3 hours, calling on my cell as well... cause she cant do her job. I'm not the only one, there were a few people in the queue to complain about her... she really has no clue! Its comes to a busy time, the store will need people who are not scared of customers, and know how to deal with issues.
