Hi
I have purchased a dress, necklace and a ring at Zando 26/12/2013 and received my goods on time
that made so happy however I wore the necklace on Sunday 08/12/2013 for the very first time
and it broke, I have sent an email and still haven't received any feedback.
This is really bad customer service I will gladly appreciate any form of feedback
