Well, sometimes we may need to apply Common Sense

Shops, Products, Services

29/Nov/2013, i bought Alcatel 3000x... On Tuesday, 03/12/2013, I went back to the store to return the phone because it froze the whole weekend? and the lady who was interrogating me was busy saying it is normal for phones to freeze? lol

Ok my point is i went to store to return the fone to exchange it for Samsung Star, i was gonna add R500, 00 ontop. So as per the 7-days policy, one has to produce original purchase slip as well as original package. YES, on friday there was a real heavy rain, and guess what? contrary to popular believe, the slip got torn out, and when i asked the manager as to how does he help a customer of that nature, for instance with a stores copy left in the system, she told me that computers at pep do not keep records, does this means customers buy at their own risks? There will always be cases where slip unfortunately dissapear, get thrown away mistakenly, becomes wet of rain, catch fire (all this unintentionally), buy i cannot be penalized for that? I mean really buying a R200 phone and be turned down because of something beyond your control?

Well I must say I am dissapointed in Pep and its policies which are narrow-drafted because its un-user friendly
