Great customer service after a complaint

I bought some groceries at Fruit & Veg in Gardens, after 4 days I called to complain about the freshness of the items & the Manager was super apologetic, helpful & is giving me my cash back & replacing the goods.
VERY satisfied- brilliant manner in which he dealt with my complaint.
i was very annoyed by my experience, but will definitely continue to support that Fruit & Veg.
