Partially Sealed Milk

I bought a 2L Woolworths branded bottle of Milk from one of their Engen stores. When I got home I realized that the cap was not sealed properly and the seal was partially broken. This caused some milk to spill in my car, not to mention the hygiene issue which this poses. Woolthworths milk also NEVER lasts until the printed date on bottle. It lasts a maximum of two days until we have throw away sour milk. I am looking forward to a solution to this, as I have had to spend over an hour cleaning my car from spilt milk, of which I have unable to rid of the smell.

I did log this to Customer Care and I received an email by a certain Michelle Jaftha on December 11 to whom I promptly provided all requested information including photos of the item.
Two days later and she did not see fit to even acknowledge the documentation sent to her.

My car still stinks of sour milk, and this is become ridiculous now.
