ON 17/04/2013, WE SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH NESTLE FOR A COFFEE MACHINE, THE PROMISED DELIVERY DATE INITIALLY WAS 25 JUNE 2013, THIS ARRANGEMENT WAS NEVER HONOURED. WHEN WE TRYED TO CONTACT NESTLE NONE OF THE REPRESENTATIVES WERE AVAILABLE TO ASSIST US. AFTER MANY PHONE CALLS, WE SPOKE WITH "KIRO" FROM NESTLE WHO MADE ANOTHER ARRANGEMENT FOR DELIVERY. THE NEW DELIVERY DATE WAS NOW 15/08/2013. THIS ARRANGEMENT WAS ALSO NEGLECTED. THE MANAGER BRENT MULLER IS NEVER AVAILABLE TO ASSIST. NESTLE LONG-MEADOW HAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
