Forcing delivery, but no one responds

I'm sitting in the Menlyn branch an hour after I walked in and wanted to buy a TV cabinet. They informed me that I need to make use of their delivery service at R550 and can't buy the stock off the floor. I asked when they can do the delivery and the store's clerk have not been able to get hold of anyone for over an hour. If you force me to make use of your overpriced delivery service, please ensure that they are actually available and not useless! Normally I would've walked out of the store a long time ago, but unfortunately I've already bought another matching piece from another store, so they have me hostage. Worst retail experience ever!
