R2000 Hirsch Vouchers not in envelope

So finally my AMEX Member Rewards vouchers arrived today but R2000 in Hirschs vouchers are missing from the scruffy handwritten envelope in an equally filthy the Dawn WIng courier sleeve. It amazes me that AMEX can expose its members to this low level of service.
