In january 2013 I purchased a brand new lenovo laptop..and had a good experiance in til april when the laptop no longer wanted to charge.. I took it in and with a smile they accepted it and said they will call when the repair is complete. I waited 2 weeks before calling and they said that its under repair they are waiting. And they would call when its ready .with weekly check and calls still I had to wait eventually 4 months had passed and I was furious by being brushed off again and again. I approached the manager and reminded him again I am the one calling in. The next day the laptop returned and I was relieved. Yet the same problem occured it could not charge.. again I returned it and informed them that I have very important information on the hardrive.. 2 weeks passes again with excuses of no parts availiable and repairs are picked up on wednesdays..I waited and was told I would be compensated as the payments were made every month. Finaly another week later he called and said the problem was the charger and the would not be liable for the damadge!! By far the worst iv ever experianced.. I thought that if I waited they would come to their senses till today no response
