Going out of their way to help me

Earlier today I went to Midas to go buy a globe for my brake light. The globe only costs R 5.00. And when I asked them to please install the globe for me, as I don't have an idea on how to do it, they happily came to replace the old globe with the new one.
I have asked them to do this for me at the end of last year as well and they had no problem in going out of their way to assist me.
