Makro has the WORST repairs services EVER!

So in 2012 I bought my 51" plasma TV from Makro in Wonderboom. The sales person also sold me extra insurance on the T.V. for 3 years, which he described it as follow: "No matter what happens to the T.V., if it stops working, we will bring you a new one or repair it on site if it is repairable. All these services are for free." SO I Paid R2500 for that insurance as well.

6 weeks ago, an accident caused our T.V. screen to crack. The Repairs person says the insurance in not valid until 2 years after I bought the T.V. and we have to bring it to them for repairs. They have a policy where their repairs takes up to 6 weeks at most. After R400 of airtime called after John Jacobs, who promises to call me back in 5 minutes and never does, and a week later, we received the quote for the fix. We paid the outrageous amount and asked them to fix it ASAP. The calls to them just went on and on, and getting extremely bad service from them. They then fitted the wrong screen to our T.V. and has now ordered the new part. It is week 6 already and the part needed to fix our T.V. is not even there yet!!!

They refuse to give us a temporary T.V. or refund us. They have Horrible Service! Buy elsewhere..
