Broken Promises

I bought a corner unit lounge suite and the arm rest collapsed. At first Mr Price refused to accept any liability then after I went to Hello Peter I received a phone call from head office and was advised that they would be replacing the suite. This was over a month ago. I have since then received an email about the correct colour not being available and I accepted the alternative colour. I was then promised delivery within 48 hours - that was on the 21st November. Seems like this is not ever going to happen. Broken promises again.
