Verbal abuse from Spar owne

I shop at Spar Parklands for my every day groceries. A few days ago i requested the cashier to sit down while she serve me, her manager okay-ed it. Yesterday as I shopped at Spar Parklands again I was approached by a women who never told me who she is. She was very agitated and tense and said: You, I want to see you. I imagined she must be of the spar manager team and agreed to see her. She said, come! and turned around and walk away. I followed her, she turned around and confronted me with her first words being: " who the do you think you are to interfere with the way I run my business? " She spoke to me in a raised voice and tension and anger in her voice. I immediately wanted to turn around and leave as i was not happy with her approach. but a man was standing behind me blocking the alley way. The women didn't stop shouting at me about how displeased she was about me asking the cashier to sit a few days ago. I hardly had a chance to lift my opinion. I said to them i will not interfere again as i will not buy from them again. They would not give me their names or their employment positions. I assume they are the owners, and they repleid they don't want to see me there again!
