Misleading advertisement of which is insultive

On 28 November 2013, got an sms about a Mystery voucher to treat myself from Sterns, than the next thing I went to Sterns Sandton City yesterday, to check it, their staff couldn't pick it up and wasted my 30min in the shop without help. I than call their client service and I was told that they can't check for me as they don't have access to the system and was advised to go to any TFG store, today I went to Foschini Sandton City the lady that assisted me told me before even checking on the system that it is R50 which its a standard value. Why TFG claimed its a mystery knowing very well it is R50? further I find this very insulting considering my spending at TFG is this how they value me, wasting my time with a R50.
