I am still waiting for my replacement items

I bought comforter and was delivered but the continetal and standard pillow case was not up to standard as the other ones. Homechoice advised me to return only the 2 item which i did at October 2012 but till today i called them 3 time but nothing
my call references numbers are Ref 111486688 on the 15/11/2012, Ref 11273363 on the 21/12/2012 and Ref 113406950 on the 21/01/2013
