The CV Centre Ripoff!

I contracted the CV Centre (aka The Resume Centre) to write my CV and create my LinkedIn profile.
It cost around R1000 for the service, and the first draft contained multiple spelling and formatting errors!
When I complained, they resent me the document, correcting the spelling errors I had identified, but not the ones I had not, and the formatting remained bad (different indents, font types and font sizes).
This for a CV which represented a 30 year career and in application for an Executive position.
Multiple complaints, and threats to post on Hello Peter eventually resulted in another agent being assigned who completely rewrote the CV, this time much better, but still with grammar errors. I tried unsuccessfully to make contact both via email and telephonically with the MD, James Innes, to ask him to intervene.
Eventually I gave up and corrected the Word version myself.
The LinkedIn version I was given was supposed to be 'vibrant and funky', and was initially EXACTLY the same as the written version. Again after complaining the version was re-written.
I was really disappointed with the service I received, and more disappointed that no attempt was made to contact me to discuss!
