Good day,
I went to Pick 'n Pay to buy a 500 ml Clover Krush Mango, and under neath the pricing said R7.99. When the cashier tilled the product including plastic bag it amounted to R11:58, and I asked him how did he get to the amount as the juice was R7.99 and he said its R10.89. I told him about the price and he called his supervisor. The lady came to tell me some excuse about the customer putting things where they don't belong. At no point did she bother to apologise about the misunderstanding. Three weeks back there was the same misunderstanding at Pick 'n Pay in Woodlands Boulevard and the supervisor took the initiative to apologise for the misunderstanding and the pricing was removed. I EXPECT the SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE across all your Pick 'n Pays; be it the surburbs or the black concentrated area. Like really now, its my problem that the clover guy decided to pack in the wrong area and he didn't not make it a point to put the right pricing. The staff at Arcadia needs to be taught customer service and be it should include customer etiquette.
