Fish - off

I bought on Monday a tray of fresh hake which was already packaged - the cost was R29.90. Last night I decided to grill it and it had such a bad taste - I am positive that the fish was off - I had to throw it away. I am so disappointed with Woolworths their service, food etc is getting worse and worse by the day and more and more expensive - I actually can't believe that this is allowed to happen.
