SHOCKING AND SHODDY CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am a regular shopper at this store and things have now gone from bad to worse.
The cold meat counter is never manned, in fact so much so that two weeks ago I went behind the counter and served myself. On two ocassions over the past 3 weeks there have been no trolleys available at around 16h15.
More or less the same time NO 2% milk in the milk aisle. Cashier had to call 4 times for the supervisor to come and correct something, while she was having a chat with a colleague.
Security officer being utilized as a till packer. And I carry on and on and on. All over the last 3 frustrating excursions.

I will now make a statement and say that it is quite obvious that management have been changed in this store as all of the above has happened over the last 3 weeks. Prior to this the store could not be faulted.

Fix it up or loose a customer (not that you care anyway) to your competitors, and trust me I will only give this store 1 more chance.
