Incompetent management and staff

All i wanted to do was pay form my game account suddenly i am told that my card does not work, so instead of helping me this tsiki guy carries on helping other customers leaving me to stand in the queue without informing me what to do, eventually the manger is called and she just runs off without telling me how my problem is going to be solved. what is even more disturbing is that the staff does not even know who their managers are.

I am deeply disappointed.
