Attitude so horrible, customer service so pathetic

On the 27-11-2013 @15, I went to: Ackermans Brittinia building- West Street- Durban to get my layby that was worth R1100.00.I was at that time not going to afford the whole amount but I could pay R900 or less, Vernon (manger) said I could re-layby the remaining items but I refused to re-layby after the pathetic service I received, I never honestly want to set my foot in that store ever again, I told Vernon I preferred he assist me on the tills as well for I did not want to be assisted by Sikhumbuzo nor his cashiers (Due to past bad service experience), he said he would sort them out if they gave me a hard time. Sikhumbuzo lifted his eyebrows facing toward me said YES, I reserved again for I did not know how to reply to that statement also was I confused as to maybe that's a new way of greeting someone at Ackermans. He again said YES, how can I help? As is if I was his pal, YES as if he was talking a DOG.I replied saying Vernon your manager has already explained to you, you know how to assist me. Ok, fine he said now you can also explain yourself to my cashier, I refused to explain telling him he must explain to his cashier. Sikhumbuzo and Jabu (cashier) should not work in customer service.
