Black Friday Website sale a joke

So today Dion wired had their Black Friday sale. i was on their site since 8 am to purchase the Samsung 539Lt fridge that was on sale. i added to my cart where it stated that stock was available. i added my delivery details and when i proceeded to pay the fridge was gone from my cart! As the website was very slow it me 3 hours to get to the checkout point only to no longer find the fridge!! it is pathetic for a company of this size to poorly host a sale. it is even worse that i wasted 3 hours trying to get this fridge and it is shocking that Dion wired removed the unit from my cart!!! this was no fault of mine. i was promptly on their site at 8am. i even had the stock in my cart ready to pay. Cannot even express how frustrated i am at this point.
