No response after damaged goods returned

I ordered a hard drive from Takealot online due to their good pricing. Two days later I received it just to find that it was faulty. I then arranged for pickup on Monday 25 November and since then (it's now Friday 29 November) I haven't received any feedback as to if they are going to replace it or am I going to receive a refund and how long either will take. The call centre also can't give me any info regarding this. I need the equipment urgently and can't go spend my money twice depending on if or not they are going to refund/replace eventually.
