Still me ranting about the -poor performance at our local Checkers.

The area manager got back to me regarding my complaint via HelloPeter, she offered me a full refund (which was made by their Paarl branch - Thank you)

But what got my blood boiling was the disgusting attitude of the manager, Mr Scheffers.

I was advised to lay a charge of / against InterCape Bus Service and when I approached them, were told that I need to obtain a copy of the cancelled tickets from Checkers Wellington.

They stated the only reason I would be charged a 10% fee is if I had brought back my original, signed tickets and asked for a refund. I never BOUGHT the tickets. How could I possibly return something I never BOUGHT?

When I asked Mr Scheffers to please give me a copy of the tickets, he told me it's already been sent to their head office.

Who signed for the tickets?

I'd like someone from Checkers Head Office in Brackenfell to contact me A.S.A.P.

I EXPECT A COPY OF THOSE TICKETS.

And please - SKIP THE SILLY EXCUSES - I'm NOT interested.
