Misleading customers

Hi there

I went to toys r us with the catalogue and was really excited to go and buy a new bed for my daughter, when we arrived we where informed that there was a mistake in the catalogue and that the bed alone was the price and did not include the mattress as advertised, they had a sign up by the beds, when i asked the manager to show me on the catalogue the E &OE i was informed there wasn't one but to call head office, which we did for the last week. The answer sorry our mistake we cannot help you and will not honour the price quote - I find this totally unacceptable and blatant.
