Disgusting Service - Will never us Obros again!

On the 5th December 2012 I order 2 steel filing cabinets from Obros the "sales" consultant who assisted me was Marianne. I requested that because we were a school and were closing on the 7th of December for school holidays, if they could please deliver the cabinets to us on the 7th of January 2013 when school reopened. Marianne advised that they did have stock and that it will be delivered on the 9th of January. On the 9th i phoned Marianne, she said that it will be deliver that afternoon?? by Friday the 11th we still had not received our filing cabinets. i was given the run around by her so many times. In the end I asked to speak to her boss, who wasn't very supportive of the situation and advise that the factory on opens on the 14th of January and that they do not have stock anymore and will have to make it for us. Every time I called to find out about our filing cabinets, Marianne says she will phone the factory and call back - she never once called back, I called about 5 times. I spoke to her boss yesterday again, he advises that it was on the truck and would be deliver in the afternoon. It is Thursday 31 January. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY FILING CABINETS!! Disgusting service!
