Hauuu. Dont know what to do

We bought a mattress and base set fir R6000. One year later the springs are coming through the to and the mattress is falling away to the middle. We contacted Bears and their response is we dont know what to do. We must phone the supplier and they will tell us what we must pay in... I mean. Two years guarantee and 10 years warranty. How difficult can it be. We cannot sleep on the mattress.
