Bad Attitude from staff at Valencia Nelspruit

I just want to complain about the bad service i received from staff employee: Rayhana Motara. I requested a certain type of fabric for a certain type of dress i wanted to be made, i paid for it, but i was not given what i was asked for. after contacting her several times, she made up a story that they did not have that fabric, and she didn't tell me this, she just did her own thing and went on, choosing the fabric she felt was going to work. after phone calls has been made to her, she sent me a text message, telling me i am pathetic. she never admitted to being wrong, she ignored several phone calls and messages from me, but could take the time to tell me i am PATHETIC. i will never in my whole life buy material from VALENCIA NELSPRUIT again.
