Absolute confusion and incompetence

After much trouble opening a Hub account for my mother to use, I sent off the supplementary card application with the branch manager who was very helpful. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the card division. That was the end of September. To date, 27 November 2013, I am still waiting for the supplementary card. Nobody can tell me where it is, whether it was posted or where it was posted to. I had a Hub account years and years ago and closed it for this very same reason. I had paid an amount and it was never recorded either. We ended up paying it over and over again and closed the account in sheer frustration. Nobody knows what is going on and all they keep saying is that they will reissue a card!!! At this rate they will be reissuing cards until next year. This is absolutely Shocking. My mother is an elderly lady and this is incomprehensible.
