BAD bad service / pricing

As a long term customer of Salajees I am horrified that I was treated so badly.
As I came into the shop I asked the guy at the till point to quote me on a 5mm glass to repair my vistank.
He told me sorry but 4mm is the thickest they do and quoted me R94 some change.
I went downstairs, got the glass eventually and he charged me over R126 because he said he made a mistake and quoted me on a 3mm glass.
Since he identified himself as the owner I had no one to complain to since he was unwilling to comply with quoted price.
POOR service and BAD att. 1 customer less 4 u.
