Golden Direct Marketing

I noticed on my bank statement the end October and amount of 399.00 going off, I contacted nedbank they said it came from FNB. I contacted FNB they gave me a number for "Personalised Systems and Services" 012 663 5662. I contacted them, they said they sell software to distributers and the company that is deducting money from me is "Golden Direct Marketing" on 031 8293698. I contacted them and requested how they got my details and who gave them the right to just take money, I never signed or agreed to anything at this point in time as I am going through a divorce, to which the reply came, the system they purchased runs and collects peoples information. I told them that is illegal. they did not respond, I phoned the bank and told them, there is nothing they can do. This Golden direct said they would transfer my money back, but to this day they have not. What can I do, to stop these people from taking others money this cannot be legal. yet there they are. please can someone assist. My ref number is 867. they just keep making empty promises.
