Bad customer service

I went to the above specified Cambridge Food store yesterday after I had been there 2 days earlier. I wanted to buy a few items, of which were on display but had no pricing, the sore is in a total mess and you can never tell who is who. So I took the items and went to pay, only for the teller to tell me that the Fish I had bought was not loaded on the system (it was in the fridge). So I ask the cashier what they are going to do because I want to buy it, she answered with the rudest (oh well I don't know). Appaulled by the service I walked to the managers desk and requested to talk to 1, my word it seemed like no one knew who exactly the manager was. They hav no knowledge of the CPA act and no idea of good customer service... its sickening!!
